Will be getting the BSR Stage 3 this weekend - and how's this for customer service!!

Further to this post in the other thread.....

lol, meant to post today. All the parts are now at BSR UK!! The exhaust bits are what held it up, initially the main exhaust then a little centre pipe/adapter bit that is needed.

Need to talk to Justin tomorrow as to how best to get hold of them. I could drop in on Saturday on my way to the Heritage Centre meet and fit it on Sunday, or just leave it for them to deliver when I'm back from the Milau trip the week after.

Justin rang me back today as I'd e-mailed him to say I could drop by on Saturday to pick the kit up. He asked me where our meet was on Saturday, I told him, so he said he'd drive round from Byfleet in Surrey to the meet and deliver them personally to me there!!! He's also going to have a look around the Heritage Centre with us while he's there and see what sort of thing we, as a club, do.

He said he may be coming in one of the 'project' cars they have there - a Volvo C70 running 300bhp and whether I might like a spin in it!! Err, let me think for a second!

I'm hoping, but we'll see, that I can get the kit all fitted - injectors, full exhaust (downpipe, sports cat and the rest) - on Sunday down at Mark's unit. He's got a few other things on with some of the other guys so I'll see if I can crack on myself and do it. Biggest PITA is going to be doing the downpipe when it's only on axle stands. Would be easier on a ramp but Mark only has access to one during the week. See how it goes. Worst case is I bring the stuff back with me and do it when I'm back from the Milau trip.

So, very impressed with the customer service from BSR UK.
