How to replace the fog light covers??

Hi guys!!

Ok ordered some signum chrome fog light surrounds and covers for my veccy sri bumper,anybody got a link on how to fit these??

Piece of pi$$!

Put a big blanket in front of the car, the bumper is coming off and going on the floor!!

Put the car on full left lock. Go to the drivers wheelarch, undo the three screws. Then put it on full right lock and do the same the other side!

Open the bonnet. Next to the headlights are two plug type clips. Remove these by prising the middle part out.

Under the car, there are three or four more. Do the same thing with those.

Now. Deep breath. Tug the bumper forwards, where the bumper meets the wing on both sides. You'll probably hear a crack as you do, don't panic, it's the clip releasing. Undo the various wiring looms and place bumper onto the blanket. Remove the foglights, prise out the surrounds and fit your new ones.

Replacing is reversal of the above!

Actual time, including tea break, 45 minutes.

I would have a read of the comments in the link of the how to as you dont need to take your bumper off.. Did mine on Thursday and only took 10 mins.

yeah got mine done at pvs last year...and didnt take bumper off took a maximum of 20 mins..and they look so much better..

It might be different as the link is for a facelift and ABD-1's is pre facelift.

post 5 tells you how to remove the bumper. It is easy and exactly as AndrewTi says.

Have confidence, I did it and nothing goes right for me.........
