    Help,

    I have got a Pioneer DEH-P75BT and i am dying to get it in the new Vectra, but i cant get my CCR 2006 out, is there anything i am missing, i have undone the hex screws, and i have pushed in the 2 Tongs, but it aint coming out. Heellllllllllpppppppppp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!

    just try this bud,when the two tongs are in,push them out slightly,then pull one side at a time

    Yeh i tried, the thing is i didnt have any of the proper tongs so i used normal Vauxhall ones and Cut em in half. Do you think thats the reason, too impaitent to wait till tomoz for halfords to open. haha.

    And sorry just noticed this is in Gallery, My mistake.

    I just used a metal coat hanger. Push them back in and then bang them in a bit further. Pop out some of the blanking switches so you can lever the HU out. Then just work on one side of the HU at a time, mm by mm. HTH

    maybe i should just try knockin em in futher, On another note some of my blankin plates have got Plugs behind em, are they wired up for something

    Top 2 are heated seats, second one up on right is for traction control, is the tc one blue? If so then you might be able to fit the switch to disable the tc, costs about £8 from dealer.

    So does that mean i can wire up the seats to be heated aswell.

    Its very hit and miss, but for around a £10 you cant go wrong. I have a 2.2 on a 53 plate and it worked on mine. You will probably never turn your TC off mind but it looks loads better with a working switch there.

    That one I cant help you mate sorry, all I do know is you will have to buy the pads for he seats and then have it tech 2'd at the dealer and that is where its going to start to cost.
