Just washed the Vec and gave her a quick coat of wax.
popped to the shops to pick up some bits for the wife
sat at the lights waiting for the green light.

well as a result i now need a new rear bumber, VX rear lower spoiler bumper carrier and some repair work underneath.

from the pics it looks just like scratches, but as melvyn at the garage said, these new bumpers go in and crumple, then pop out again.

one good thing though the Insurance company have supplied me with a hire car from Enterpirse.
Vec-c SRI 1.9 cdti 150 with satnav, so can't complain as i have almost like for like.

car goes in on Monday and should have it back by Wednesday, as they are preping the bumper this week and painting it, then fit to the car next week.

i reported it to the insurance company, and i'm making sure i claim for everything. i hate people like this, especially when blutooth handsfree kits are so cheap these days.
