2.2 dti

Got a 1.9 cdti and fancy a change of car !
Does anyone know if a 2.2 dti be chipped / tuned to get nearer to the 150bhp of the 1.9cdti ?
Iam a taxi driver a nd want to steer clear of the flywheel and inlet manifold problems of the cdti !
Any help would be greatly appreciated !!!!

would love the v6 but taxi's are sh*t now so going back a few years from a 2005/05 to a 2003/53 any idea of the mpg on a 2.2 and the actual bhp from factory with no mods ??

Well I've spoke to a few people who have said the 2.2 are always putting out a lot more than 120Bhp that VX quotes.

Well what I've HEARD is around the 140 mark, but I can't say I've ever seen it on paper. Im sure AndrewTi's was around 145Bhp.

can you get one of them plug in chips for them ? would still be happy with 140bhp! foer now !! lol
