There is a How to Somewhere... all i know is when it comes to taking the Window winder Handles off you need to watch out for the Spring-clip that holds them on..... one of mine went twang past my ear and into oblivion

The clip is horseshoe shaped and goes between the winder and door card, you can buy a tool for a fiver to remove them or use a piece of cloth in the gap to pull the clip out, with the cloth you'll have to try different angles because it depends on what way the clip is facing.

I think they are called tension or pressure washers(at least on the Spanish English translation ) as Tyreman said they have a horseshoe shape and you have to find out its position so you can push them out....by the way be careful when you do it.... they suddenly pop out and fly and is easy to loose them.
