    Talking Pollen filter

    Changed it today

Just under a tenner from the dealer, and took about 2 mins to fit. The old one hadn't been changed for 2 years!

Simple job, but always satisfying to do anything by myself

Mine needs doing as well. 74,000 miles and 3 and a bit years takes its toll, I would have thought.

yes, well, um, er, i meant to ask you about that......

While I had the bonnet up I was having a poke about to see if I could fit a cold air intake in the bottom grille and run the hose up to the airbox, but it looks as if there's nowhere for the hose to fit...

If i take the whole bumper off would I be able to see a way around?

yep.. the facelift CDTi grille is well blanked off...taking the bumper off lets you see the best places to run the duct up to the intake..
