Default Getting a Facelift C shortly....

Well, I tried the Signum for a few weeks as my vauxhall lease man asked me too. It's not that much different to the veccy inside, but the boot has caused me problems, it's just not big enough for the level of cr*p I have to carry around. So, I have been told I can pick up a facelift C on the 15th November. Specwise, he has said it will be a Design OR above.... so here's hoping that they stick an SRi on the truck! Although Design looks to have lots of toys anyway.

I always thought the Signum boot was bigger then the Vec? Was it just the shape of it?

I think it is about 130 litres less than the vec, it's also a more shallow shape becuase of the nice leather cover. Boot space is top on the list for me, which is sad but true!

In 'standard' set up (i.e with the Signum rear seats slid right back and the load cover in place) the Signum's boot has less volume than the Vec. Slide the rear seats forward (still leaving any passengers with plenty of legroom!) and you gain some more space.

It's when you drop either (or both) of the seats that the Signum then has estate car load statistics!

That's what makes the Signum not suited to everyone I suppose.
