Help please. With my seats & mm of space

Hi all,
I have got to pick something up in the morning & its got to go in the vectra.
its 150mm L X 800 High x 750 deep.
Trouble is the clearance with the roof of the car from the boot is ok
But from the seat part folded down I need about 40 or 50mm.
Any ideas

Yep I have, but youll then have to undo the seat air bag plug.

Sorry i ment just the rear seats . Have you removed them ?

Yeah it's easy. the bench just lifts out, sharp tug against two retainers at the front. then i think there's three bolts holding the seats and belts down, they then lift out in their two pieces. doesn't take long. Be careful when unclipping the bench, give it a good hard tug & it should unclip from the base OK. I didn't & broke both the plastic clips in the base of the car cost £13 for replacements, all to get my lads pocket money back from under the seats, the side bolsters use the same plastic clips also & the folding seats lift out by pushing in a spring loaded clip, only one bolt to remove that holds the centre seat belt

How much was his pocket money?? I got my seats out without removing the bolsters, so i'd leave them them unless you are really pushed for space.
