Todays Rolling Road Results.....

Here are todays rolling road results.

The dyno was from Performance 3000 in Yoevil and the results are 'at the wheels' and not 'at the flywheel'. !!

Apparently their dyno doesnt do 'flywheel' results.... so its anyones guess as to what the flywheel figures are...

Spoons = 141.3 BHP & 245 lbft torque

the gear box should sap about 40 to 50bhp

The figure 150 bhp is taken from the fly but by the time it has gone through the trans is looses loads, hence spoons figures. Manufacturers say the higher figure.

I thought you lost at least 20% (probably a lot more am sure we'll be put right!) from the flywheel to the wheels so 141+20%= at least 170?????

Have a read of This, its not specifically applicable to the Vectra, but it will give you an idea of how to convert it to Flywheel power.

Not bad results by BTW.
