sorted out my noisy suspension today.

hi,

had konis fitted since march this year and had nothing but trouble with them, creaking,knocking, spring mod fitted,grease applied, new drop links,roll bar bushes. seemed ok for a while but it was worse than ever today.

so i sorted it out, TOOK THE ******S OFF! gone back to standard for now.

still want it lowering though. gonna make a phonecall to venom motorsport cos there must be somat wrong with them.

my car is now spot on with the standard set up. peace man!

try Bilstiens from LMF...Big Man's car is dead quiet on them....

it sounds like shot internal valves on those Koni's..

rang venommotorsport this morning and told them about the koni kit i got off em being really noisey. i gotta send it back to them to get it checked out. dont know how long i will be waiting for a reply from them. they will be sending it back to koni.

wanna buy the ****** eibachs now but cant untill the aboves sorted out.

im ringing lmf later to order some bilstiens and eibach springs, konis geting picked up today sometime.

is it recomended to fit the spring mod just in case on my bilstiens?

if so i will have to buy some new ones(spring mods).

nope..... just remove the old ones and superglue them on to the new springs....

spring mod- sleeve that fits to the bottom of the front coil springs to stop any creeking binding noises in the seat of the strut.

common problem on vecs.

i have eibach springs/bilstein shocks and it is quality! ride is smooth and firm.

just ordered bilstiens and eibach spring kit off lmf, should have em by wednesday.
