Missing R hand xenon

Hello, i have a small problem...
2004 vectra , lefthand headlight is ok, With xenon and all.
Right side no xenon, but all other lights.
Bulb and ignitor is ok, no Power on the yellow and white wire going to the headlight.

Any ideas where to look?

check all your fuses, not sure if there is a seperate one, but an easy check to start off with

Fuses are ok, had them out and measured With multimeter.
The bulbes and ignitors are also ok, switched them from right to left and they seem to be working fine.
All lights are working Perfect, except the xenon on the right side.

On the left side i get 12v on the yellow wire going to the light, and on the right side Ye wire only 4.5V.
Any idea why?

Sounds like the ballast on the light could be duff - had the same problem a few weeks ago. Its the metal case on the side of the headlight. There are different kinds of ballast, you need to take the headlight out and check it - I found a good china new replacement for the D2S variant from eBay - I think it was about £70 (can get the info if you are interested), the hides sites were looking at over £100
