Vectra/Signum 2.0T induction kits \ performance panel filters

I am currently looking at chucking in a replacent panel filter or bolting on an induction kit. Who has already got one of these and what pro's and con's have you found?

Speak to vectra2.0T mate, he's had both and done a RR with each one.

induction kit is noisy as in you can hear the turbo whistle a lot louder plus the only difference was 1bhp between panel filter and induction.ive now taken my induction kit off and gone back to the k+n panel filter.

Just a matter of choosing between cotton and foam filter now then.

hi chaps thinking of fitting a k&n panel filter,as i know one or two of you have fitted these.whats your verdict on these?.are they worth fitting and can you tell any difference.i also have the 2.0t with bsr remap fitted.

Still have not got round to buying one!

Car is having service soon so was thinking of putting one in after that. Currently looking into a JR or K+N panel filter.

I'm thinking of sticking in an induction kit. I know BSR do one so may have a look at that one. I'm going to have a schmoose around the Saab forums to see what experience people have had with our engine with filters/induction kits.
