    Anything BUT Conti's!!

Check www.mytyres.co.uk or www.camskill.co.uk might find some alternatives there. I'm erring towards £100 Falkens myself. Good experience of them on other cars and not so expensive as to be a nightmare if you picked up a puncture etc.

Nothing wrong with Conti's sport contact 2 or 3 you need the heavy load options, shop around mytyres are the cheapest at the moment though you are still looking at around £180 each and thats not fitted.

Just looked on mytyres....they're offering 235/35/19 Dunlop SP Sport 9000, Goodyear Eagle F1 and Toyo Proxes T1-R all for about £130 a corner.....

    Thumbs up

I am running Toyo Proxes at the moment.

Fantastic tyres - loads less road noise, much more grip and wearing really well.

The tyre bead protector is not as good as the Conti's - but that is it.

Try Demon Tweeks in Wrexham for fitting.

I replaced mine with Conti Sport 3's and they were £160 each I believe. Seem like good tyres, and as it's a Vectra I tend not to explore cornering speed , certainly quiet and last long, last set were changed at 22000 I believe.
