    Default Puncture after caliper paint.

    After removing and replacing wheels for caliper painting (pics to follow), you know that feeling and sound that all is not right after a couple of miles !!

    Back home and wheels off again and found this in the nearside rear.

    oohh thats not good.... the only good thing is that it should take a plug repair providing whats gone into the tyre is smaller than a 1/4" diameter....

    Looks like a cap head screw. Bad luck mate
    Now I need a turbo to keep up!

    Was able to plug it.

    Cost 17.50 at quick fit including the obligatory valve and balance.

    Cheaper than a new tyre for now.

    whew, that was a minor result...and the plug will make it as good as new..and yep, about £90 cheaper..
