my good lady and i have seen the above model forsale at a local garage ( eddie wrights in scunny ) we both love it but at £14.500 i rekon its a bit dear !! its got 38K on the clock on an 05 plate ! can any one get me a true valuation on this motor ! i dont like paying over the odds !! thanks in advance peeps !

I decided against the alfa cos of all the probs I'd heard, shame I didn't hear about all the probs with the vec!

you can value it on the vauxhall website under the owners section, will let u value any car and give u a part exchange valuation. hope that helps m8

Ah, Alpha GT 1.9 JTD, same engine as the Vectra 1.9 CDTi 150. Very nice car though.

i like to give a car a chance ! so i wont be put off till i've tried one for myself ! i did'nt know it was the same CDTI engine as the C !! i s'pose thats a good and a bad thing ! ? i'm still finding that prices vary wildly on this model !! i get the feeling that as with most cars , if its cheap ! there's a reason for it !

GT prices vary greatly. Ignore the sticker price and make an offer. The GT Diesel is the one to go for. It doesn't perform any worse or better than any other car. Most people who slate them (as with any other manufacturer) have never owned one.
