Default My GSi racing round Silverstone at Trax. [Linky]

I finally managed to get round to editing my onboard track vid that I took during my 20 min session at Trax 2007.

Can I also thank the Vec-C guys for letting me plonk my car on the stand after my run too.
Who was the chap with the VXR jacket BTW who said that he took pics of me on track as I'd love to see them

Thanks guys, and for the photos too.

I got to Silverstone with over 1/4 of a tank, but the fuel computer read 8 miles when the session finished, I had to slow down a few laps from the end when the fuel warning light started flashing, but I knew there was a pump on site & I had a jerry can in the boot so I was ok as long as I wasn't stranded on the track.
In the end I stuck a fiver in the car on site which got me to a fuel station on the way home.

The sessions were £25 for 15 mins, despite being £20 for 20 mins at Ford Fair, although they open up the whole track for Trax. A mate of mine dropped out of coming though so I bought his track session for £15, so it still only cost me £1 per minute.

As per other posts though, if anyone wants to do a group track day then we ought to think about starting a thread in the events section
