Default Still not Happy with Repair

As you might be aware I have had to have my car resprayed downt the left side due to it being keyed..
car has been to the insurers approved place and has been back twice so far for bits and pieces to be re done as they wernt done properly and still had chips and marks all over the new paint..
well have got the car back now and i still aint happy..the car is full of swirls on brand new paintwork and there are a few marks where there is overspray of laquer etc and the main reason i am complaining is the colour match...
fair enough the car is an 04 plate in red but has been supagarded..but the car is deffo 2 tone..insurers are saying it will be, due to the age of the vehicle and are also sayin the supagard has failed although i have taken it to the garage where it was done and they said it was fine and in general the respray was **** and badly prepped...
there is glazing and mirroring where the car had been machine polished afterward and to be honest looks aweful...cant seem to get the pics though to prove this as the pics dont show it...
here are the pics...is it me being fussy or do i have a case here??

colour is very flat and dull on the 'old' paintwork and can be seen especially on pic 5 between the window..

Does look quite orangey, especially on the wing. I havent had any experience of dealing with insurance work, but i bet they are trying to get out of re-doing the job?

Just took my car to insurance approved repairer to assess damage that occurred on Friday of last week, they said today that it would only need repair to wing and bumper and paint, they're having it for 3 days, hope i dont have the hassle you've had so far.

Good luck with it getting sorted Dwabo, keep us posted

I can't see anything wrong by those pics.

I wouldn't send them, as it is not clearly showing what you describe. Why don't you get the 2 independent spray shops to produce their opinion on paper and send that in to back up your claim???

Bottom line, there is no use sending pictures that doesn't show what you want them to show.

I can see it, in pic 6 the wing is clearly lighter than the boot lid.

I don't know what to recommend tbh, they will mess it up time and again, a full respray will sort out the colour, but as for the finish I can see why you are not happy, what happened to the snowflakes btw?

Take some photos with out a flash under yellow street lighting. That always shows up problems on red paint. Maybe they could maching polich the whole car for you to try and cut some of the old paint off? would that help?
