    confused 1250 miles

    yes 1250 miles is all the warranty you get with the GM retro fit flatblade wiper's
    i found out today from the dealer's as when i was coming home from trax yesterday it started raining and the driver's side wiper started to whipp at the bottom
    still got them replaced though as i have only covered 500-600 miles in the 4 month's i have had them fitted

    they dont last long those flat blades

    i think im going back to the normal blades when mine wear out.

    Thought that as well, not much wear for the mney. Will give a fresh set a go when I replace thes shortly, and then will consider the options when the time arrives

    They're ****, I'll be going back to the good old faithful Bosch jobs. I've had Bosch blades last over 100k, yet the Valeo/GM flats are wrecked after 10k.

    I've got the Bosch Aerotwin Flat blades fitted on the Volvo V50 ... bee on for 3 years from the Factory and still excellent.

    I clayed the windscreen the other week and that helped even more.

    Haven't fitted them to the Vectra though - the normal wipers are fine

    Strange. My wife's focus has flat blades and nearly 15K miles on them and the are still fine.... can't be too different, can they?

    Thats only 3 weeks for me, by the the time my boss has paid me for them they'll be out of warranty

    Does anybody rate flatblades? Had them on a previous car for approx a week, hated the bu66ers
