Default Help needed for BBQ/stand at Trax

Okay, Phil has kindly offered to sort out food etc. for the BBQ at Trax, but we need some people to help on the day as well - it's not going to be all left to Phil on the day.

So, looking for people who can help on the day, bring things along etc.

BBQs (as in the actual things)

    1) Duncan - one decent size BBQ along with plenty of charcoal.
    2) Phil

    BBQ operators on the day

    1)
    2)
    3)
    4)

Other bits 'n' pieces (anything else that will help on the day - maybe gazebos etc, bits and bobs for the BBQ etc. Ideas welcome.)

    1) Duncan - got a huuuge box of plastic cutlery so no need to buy any of that.
    2)

Cheers folks - we need a couple more BBQ operators though. Don't worry, you won't be tied to the BBQ all day, we'll be doing the BBQ at a set time and cooking over a set period so nobody will be stuck at the BBQ for hours.
