Nothing but the best oil for my baby.Normally do mine every 5k. Bit over the top but it keeps the sludge away and only cost a few quid to do.Bit different with the work van though(halfords own)

i use VX's own 5W30 longlife fully synth.. it's cheap ( for me) and ticks all the warranty issue boxes..
