Default useless vauxhall now signum no more

Hi guys a while back i post and asked for help concerning how my car revving on its own without anyone touching it and how i was worried that it would happen again and cause an accident well it has and has left myself and my son injured not to mention the people in the other car the signum hit.
vauxhall have played an ongoing game over my car over the last 18 months and iv been in and out of the dealerships dozens of times and got no wear ,to be blunt vauxhall cars and there customer services stink and they dont seem to care about the guy or his family after uv bought the car.

I can understand you feeling like this right now, but ime Vx dealers do care, the fault is a nasty one, Ford had the same thing in the Explorer range some time back iirc, cars like this really should be replaced and scrapped by the manufacturer imo if their dealers fail to solve it after say 5 attempts, but back on to the dealer efficiency I can honestly say my local Vx dealers are way more efficient than the Skoda ones I've experienced so far, I've a fault on my Skoda that only shows upon certain roads, the roads near them don't show it, so I asked if someone could meet me or take it where it does it worst, I was declined, I have a couple of things to try myself to resolve it, then it looks like one more visit to the dealer before I call the field engineer out.

the signum was behind a bmw and it choked for a split second(which is what it would do b4 revving on its own) then it just revved and took off at speed and i tried to control it by hitting the brakes and got no were it just kept going i pulled the car to the left as fast as i could as there was traffic coming the oppisite way ,i was to late and it hit the bmw and spun the car hitting the side, vauxhall just dont want to know about it,if it had been sorted in the first place it wouldnt have resulted in injuries,im just thankful no one was killed especially my son.

Hells bells! Have you 'had words' with the dealer/Vx since the incident?

OMG that's terrible, surely VX can't just wash their hands of it particularly as the fault has been reported to them before and not rectified ?

Which engine does your signum have ?

i would get an independant engineers report done on it mate, then when they find the cause you can go direct to vaux to try and claim for any loss. might be worth trying a fuel injection specialist or (assuming its an auto) an auto box specialist! they may have come across this before!

I'd take it to the top , call VX customer service and complain about the dealer and the car,

After that if you stay with the VX range, change the dealer, they sound C##P

I changed dealers from victory Vauxhall due to the service and am no a keen fan of Picador which is 30 miles away, I'd rather drive 30 miles extra to get the service I expect,

    Good luck maty
