Don't lose yours when you're abroad

I lost mine the last time I was in the US, what an absolute hassle it was. Luckily I was traveling on business to our head office, so had the support from the company locally. Being in an 'English' speaking country also helped, but is was still a right pain in the behind.

Top tip, don't lose your passport.

Too late.....Mine is in the house SOMEWHERE for the second time!!!

Having to respond to call outs around the world at 24 hours notice kinda makes having it to hand important. Been looking for 2 months now aso I think I'm gonna have to get a new one

also dont go to Mexico from USA... and forget your passport ..

wasnt me lol, but a good friend, who sat awake all night ready to fight off any of the other 8 'mates' the cell :S

I can`t go to work without mine so it stays tucked up safe and sound in my bag at all times, I am a bit paranoid about losing it !!

Another one....dont drive out of Geneva in France without it. Let you out of Switzerland ok, but wont allow you back in. Had to leave my mate at the border crossing whilst I dove back for his!

Doesn't this belong in the same category as "always wear trousers" and "remember to breathe"?
I'm paranoid about mine -when we went to France last year, we got to the hotel and thought we'd lost my wife's passport.
We were about to go back to the airport when we found it in the side pocket of the flight bag. Phew! The thought of trying to negotiate a new passport in Bordeaux sent a shiver down my spine.....
