Default Price of Clay Bars in Halfords

Tomorrow I want to clay my car and give it a good wax ... trouble is, I haven't got any clay.

I had a look on the halfords website and they are selling the Meguirs (spelling) clay set for £22.99 , this seems a bit steep.

Where is the best to buy this tomorrow and in the future?

Thanks for the video on how to Clay ....

    Cheers

Got mine from The Motorist Centre (TMC) was much cheaper there, closer the £15 mark iirc.

I bought the halfrauds deal, it was actually quite good
    two clay bars
    speed detailer
    small bottle of polish
    microfibre polishing cloth

got to go and get some more speed detailer soon as it runs out pretty quickly.

You get 2 bars of clay in that kit mate, so enough for a year! Plus the micro fibre is so soft mmm. The Other kit only has one bar an a bottle of QD, I am sure megs have stopped doing his so its just stocks getting used up.

Yep, as Andy said it's not just the clay for that price, you get all that other stuff so it's not bad value.

Yep, I found the same when I first got a clay kit - soon learnt that you can make a little go a long way!

Megs Last touch, 1 gallon to be diluted 1 to 1 for about £18, use as a drying aid, QD and clay lube. Then just get Sonus Green Clay for about £6 a go. Its deffo the way forward if you get into it and a hell of a lot cheaper in the long run. Shame is its online stuff for most of us so has delivery to add but still works out better.

EDIT: LOL if you click on the link above you can see them both there.
