    Question Electrical Fault !

Asking on behalf of a workmate, does anyone know what may cause the horn and steering wheel audio controls to stop working ?
On a '03' reg 1.8 petrol SRI. All fuses apparently ok . Could it be the relay ? If so, which one/where is it ? Anything else it could be ?
    Cheers guys .

It could be bad contact points or loose connections behind steering wheel in column

I reckon it will be a plug come out of the 'clock spring' as we used to call them. Basically the disc part behind steering wheel that connects those along with the airbag to the main wiring and allows the wheel to turn without snapping wires.
