    Default Flash cleaning system

Didn't know if this should be in the detailing section but I thought it might get more views here.

Last summer I bought the flash cleaning thing - the one that goes on the hose and has a filter in it for soft water and a spot free finish. Whilst being very pleased with the results the shampoo and replacement filters are very expensive at £4.99 each or so. Today while in Warminster Wiltshire the wife and I popped into pound stretcher near Argos and there they were. Unfortunately no shampoo left but the ticket said £1.99 and it was buy one get one free on the filters and they were 99p! What a bargain!!!!

So if you need any get your self to your nearest pound stretcher and have a look!
Now I need a turbo to keep up!

I agree but the auto dry function leaves my car spot free so its well worth it IMO. Living in a hard water area the water marks I get if I leave it to dry naturally are very difficult to remove

i still use it, though usually start by jet washing all the bugs etc off first. think it works quite well and is a quick was to wash the car. think the parents go to home bargins or something like that and they were on offer in there too.

I bought one of these from pound stretcher for £5.99 (halfords are £20.) and have used it 3 times, its ok but easier to wash the car using the flash shampoo and a bucket then use the auto dry setting to dry the car leaves the car with no water marks. and the refills are only 99p from pound stretcher.
