haven't tried the redex, but I've been using this for a month now and I think it's well worth it: -

It feels like there is a little more power (and no, I'm not imagining it), I'm consistently getting 20ish more miles to the tank and it has cleaning properties. It surprised me how little of it you need to put in, so it's lasting well too!

Have to agree with Hideous, these treatments do work. I have recently done mine with Forte Diesel Treatment and use now nothing but Shell V-Power Diesel and if this is not available BP Ultimate Diesel.

I have for sure noticed massive improvements.

For anyone reading this who has a car from the VAG i.e VW AUDI Or Skoda...DO NOT put cleaners in your tank, I've had it on good authority it can damage these engines.

As for Vx, I used to add a Vx sourced Fortron inj cleaner at every service, kept the emissions down and everything tip top, so I'd recommend it.

So which would you guys recommend? I've not used anything yet and have been considering getting something.

I was going to fill up with V Power Diesel last week but the only place near me that sells it has a bit of a dodgy reputation for wripping off credit cards.

...thanks Vv, I might give the local Masterfit a call.

What quantity to you add it in? is it ok to just add it too the tank (i.e. anytime and not just at the service interval)
