Arrrgh.....Had to fork out for new tyre.

Arrrgh..........just got the car and spent 200 bucks on it.

Firstly i had to get the rear window replaced on the car which was 70 bucks excess on insurance, then i went to go out in the car today and i had a puncture.

I took the tyre to a local place and it couldnt be repaired due to the puncture being very close to the side wall so then that cost 136 of my precious pounds for a brand new Goodyear Eagle NCT 5.

normally i wouldnt mind but the trye looked brand new.

I'd die if I had to buy a new tyre if the old one was like new... mine are around £170-£200 each !!

What a waste of money.

I'm sure you can get insurance on expensive tyres that pays out in the event of unrepairable punctures !!

It is a pain in the ar*e, i think it has happened to us all at some point. Why cannot we get those tyres i used to have on my bike(in the 80's)that were solid and never got a punture

Thats 200 "POUNDS" i could have spent on a diesel tuning box or something. Im heading down to Manchester next week so i want to try and get a box on the car for the journey.

I know the "Caterman" comes recomended so i may get that and see how i get on with the plan to go for something more advanced after xmas.
