Had a spare few hours this afternoon so downloaded a free Templatemonster flash template from their website.

Had a bit of a fiddle around with attempting to edit text, pictures and content etc, but fell flat on my face and got lost.

Any good links to a few tutorials or pointers and advice on how to edit flash based templates?.

It looks interesting and I would really like to give it a go, just for the sake of playing around with it.
