    Default Octane Booster???

I have been thinking about using one of these products for a while now, but just want to know if anyone has used them good or bad results?

Would it be alright to add the race formula? It says it can add up to 7 octanes, not sure if thats a bit OTT. Could it cause any damge to my engine?Race_formula

Also there is a street formula, which only adds up to 3 octane.Street_Formula

I would prefer to add the race formula, but don't want to if there is any risk involved.

    Cheers fellas
    Mark.

Might be ok to use in short bursts, Rolling road days, Santa Pod etc but not for repeatedly prolonged use m8

...mmmm........interesting to see what it actually does on a RR day

Thats the plan is to use on RR day next month, try and squeeze out a few more ponies.

I think I'll give it a go, but Im not expecting massive gains.

I always use V-power anyway, and was going to add this aswell. But i have found out that the higher the Ron in the first place, the less the octane booster will add.

I use millers octane booster and it works great, without a bottle as well as the car not running so good the mpg suffers. The higher rated race versions are not rccomended for prolonged use with Cats though ..
