    Default Why no coupe?

For my sins I smoke, but as a farther of over 2 years I now sit on my step and smoke outside come rain or shine. My view is the profile of my car and the more I look at it, the more I think it cry's out to be a coupe. The back end from the b pillors back even looks a bit like a calibre with a very similar hatch. Take a look at the 407, not the best looking car but in coupe form I think it looks stunning. Maybe having the signum put thoughts of another derivative to bed, in that case with the D on the way and the siggy being dropped there maybe some space in the range for one? Did Opel/VX/GM do and prototypes of the vec in coupe form, if so I would like to see what it looks like as think it would look damn fine.

Press reports have suggested that a coupé version of the new Vectra will follow after the hatch, saloon (and estate?) , and that it may well be called CALIBRA. Could be just speculation of course. If the supposed coupé looks anything like the Geneva GTC concept it will be a stunner.

God that looks good, nice and aggressive as well, I always thought the original looked a bit soft TBH.

Well, I like mine Coming up to six months now and it's been absolutely faultless. Is peerless on the motorway and handles fantastically well around the lanes. Not quite so good for trips to the tip though
