Clean and Shiny my but

Though it was very nice to see to other members today (both diesel owners! ) I was expecting to be able to stare in wonder at shelves of car products and more than likely spend a small fortune.

Unfortunatly, Clean and Shiny was not open for its suposed 'open day'

Well, we've just got back, have to kind of echo Nutron's comments.

We got there literally just after you guys left, you must have gone out the oposite way we came in.

But yes, as Clean and Shiny knew we were coming, having spoken to the main man about it, I find it a bit disappointing that no one had the courtesy to at least put a post up to let us know not to come today.

I personally apologise to those who travelled to get here. Would have been nice to see a few of you. We went to Burger King and Tesco's to see if you had gone for breakfast, but no signs of life at either!

No, we all bomb burst I'm afraid. I only wnt about 40 miles round trip but it was disapointing.

To be fair, they have been having problems with their website all week..

But even so, like I say, they knew we were coming, a thread or post at least to let us know.

Me and JuzzyD are having a coffee and going outside to have a play with some clay.

Think of the money we've all saved.... I had budgeted at least £100 for today, by the time I'd bought a Gilmour, snow foam, cloths etc.....

Its ok I managed to get home intime to rip the my garden up before the skip arrived, nice to see people face to face though. Both the other cars looked great, jus gutted I didn't get to explain to the wife why i had a boot full of products lol!!

And Nutron your pics don't do your car justice looks and sounds great.
