    Use a brush mate, you have far more control over where the paint goes then. I have done a couple of cars over the years with the calipers in position, and it has done no harm to them. I will use 2 brushes, a small detailing type paint brush for the small niggly bits, and then a normal size brush for the main parts of the caliper's.

    Foliatec from Halfords - BUT its about 24 quid for the kit .
    You get paint, hardener and brake cleaner !

    i used blue engine laquer for mine heat resistant and nice and smooth finish and only a fiver to buy, 2 coates and they look great, white vauxhall decals.........mmmmmmmmm nice

    if that does all 4 wheels thats quite good!

    the decals cost about 7 - 8 quid i think.....

    nice easy mod!
