How do I release the glass from the white clasp on the regulator

You need to wind the window down so you can get a thin-ish (head no more then 5mm) flat blade screwdriver into a circular plastic push together clip. You need to push it so the shaft goes all the way through (hence the reason why it can't be to thick) and then pull it out again. Tis a bit of a pain but the clip comes apart eventually.

The clip it's self is made up of two identically parts which push together and lock on each other.

I don't have a picture to hand, but there is one in TIS.
