    Hi Quick Question i want to buy these alloys below, they are a size 205/40/17 would they fit the vectra without any problems, are they any good? thanks

    Nope! Tyre size is far too small m8.

    215/50/17 or 225/45/17's you need.

    If the wheels are 5 stud 110 PCD with a hub size of of 65mm and an offset around 40mm you might have a chance but the tyes will need changing.

    Ye they are in halfords thats where i saw them, but on ebay thay cost £350 without tyres and inhalfords they cost 580 with tyres. So should i get them witout tyres and put my own tyres on. i like them because they are diamond cut. Caterman whats the difference between the ones you stated?

    225/45/17's are cheaper with a bigger range. Buth sizes are ok on the vec/siggy as they are VX alternate sizes.
    Now I need a turbo to keep up!

    You mean what difference will putting those tyres on mean, well, loads of top end speed lost and speedo reading a mile out. Other than that, no probs m8
