South East/South Central Car Photography Meet?

Had a suggestion from another member about having a meet purely to learn some car photography techniques - so I just wanted to get an idea of potential interest.

I'd say it'd need to be around half-a-dozen people as too big a group will make it too difficult to spend the time with each person and there'd be too many cars to have to accommodate and move around.

Ideally it'd need to be the best part of a whole day to make the best of it, ideally staying until just before dusk as that's when you get the really nice light.

The day could consist of finding locations, learning how the light reacts on a car at different times of the day, techniques for getting the best effects and how to get the best out of your cameras with the various settings - obviously with everyone taking lots of pics of their cars.

If conditions allowed there could be a car to car tracking shot practice/tuition, again with instruction on how to get the best shots using settings and techniques.

Just an initial idea and gauging interest. It'd need to be in the South East/South Central Area as obviously that's where I am.

I've got a small Sony digital camera you can use on the day mate (plus you can try my 300D as well during the day).
