Default Signum 04 Dear or what?

    Hi all,

have been looking at a Signum 04 plate Black Elite with 58k on the clock. looks in very good order body wise however, the drivers side of the seat nearest the door is worn away and on the rear nearside door there are a couple of bits where the leather has been slightly ripped, this vehicle is on the stand at £9,500. is this about the right price?

    cheers

Well the Vx site is giving a p/x of just over £8,000 for one in excellent condition - so £1,500 'dealer premium' on top does sound a bit much, especially as the one you've seen isn't in excellent condition. P/X value for average was £7,290 and below average was £6,500.

Way, way over priced I'd say for the condition.

it took all my will power to stop meself from buying this....but it just didn't sound right, dont get me wrong, i have bought from this garage before and have never had a problem with after sales service. the problem where i live car dealers are much more pricey than anywhere down south just because of the remoteness beautiful motor tho and a Signum is definately my next car...or maybe a newer looking Vectra...but it's gotta have all the toys !!

So thanks for the advice everybody...i think i'll leave this one
