nah, in your dreams. Lewis will eat both Ferraris for breakfast today
The action taken against Alonso and McLaren would suggest that it was found to be delibrate They should disqualify Alonso from the race altogether, there is no space in any sport for cheating like that.
McLaren having there points taken away today (if they win any) won't hurt them too much IMHO - not enough after that display of stupidity anyway.
After watching it live myself & seeing Ron Dennis' reaction with Alonso's trainer & angry temperament when asked some questions by that pit reporter straight after it occurred has left me in no doubt that Alonso scr*wed Hamilton. Everything that Ron Dennis has said after the fact is simply him trying to put a lid on it & put out the idea out there that all is fine in the team. I would suggest all isn't fine.
I agree. Apparently Alonso's trainer gave a signal when Lewis had been held up enough to prevent him from doing his final flying lap.
No wonder Ron practically throttled him !
Have you read the stewards report ?,Alonso stated he was asking if he had the correct tyres on ! after they had given him the count down to go,I would say the air was blue in the Mclaren team meeting Ron Dennis is not one for losing his cool normally.
Down to you now Lewis
The after race "discussion" between Alonso and Massa at Nurburgring was on camera, but not in English
Prams and rattles!
However it is good to see that Alonso has been dropped five places to sixth on the grid for Hungary
AND no points for McLaren in the race (ouch!)
Latest is Hamilton is pole, stewards ruled Alonso and McLaren had infringed the rules – penalising Alonso and docking McLaren all constructors’ points from the race. Ron Dennis Will be really p'doff with loss of constructors points. I hope he kicks Alonso's butt all around the pit
I think that it's a bit raw on the team to dock constructor points, the whole thing was initiated by two ppl imo, the driver and the hanger on, I hope Ron gets this turned over later, he came from the spanners and is a GP man through and through and a blind man can see he had nothing to do with what happened.
Well done Lewis, lead from start to finish. I think it's the first time this year we've seen him break a sweat ! Kimi got close a few times.
