    Default CDC40 Opera + Ipod

I know i've asked this before, but ...

Little bro is in the US at the minute so there is the potential for him getting a slightly cheaper pod for me. This will mean I will have something left over for installing into the car (within reason).

I've got a CDC40 and will keep this, so the big question is how and what do I use to integrate the pod?

I'd like to have song/artist info on the display if possible. Any recommendations on kits , any extras i need and any fitters in the cheshire / staffordshire area. Or anyone up to the job in exchange for lots of cups of tea?!

I've gone cross eyed looking at all the options and rewiring a car is not a favourite pass-time of mine... I guess an in line FM thingy is the best option?

    Cheers chaps!

Sorry, nothing is going to give you the track, artist etc etc on the CDC40 display.
    Been down that route myself.
The CDC 40 has no inputs so the only option is a FM modulator connected into the ariel socket. Such as a Dension.
    Hope that helps.

I've got the Harmon Kardon drive n play fm modulator, works ok. I've seen a kewood fm modulator on here that had a ipod i/f & displayed the track names using rds.
