New Siggy - partly due to VX assistance!

After nearly 12 months hassle with my old Siggy (see thread http://www.vectra-c.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20578) I have today picked up my new 'assisted replacement' Siggy from my local dealers.

Will have to change my pic (hopefully later today) but it is a 56 plate 1.9 Cdti Elite in Star Silver, complete with Parking sensors (front and rear) and 18" alloys.

First impression is it looks great - as it is the late 2006/7 model it has the roof rails and 'chrome' door handles - and I personally think the wheels look better on it too! The drive seems to be what it should have been exactly 12 months ago when I picked up my last one!

All in all it cost me £1220 for the change - as I have got a motor which is 12 months newer, a few thousand miles less on the clock (I think its about 7k), a new 12 month Network Q warranty, no hassle with having to look at tyres (my old one had NCT5's of which one had a flaw which needed to be changed), no need to service it (my old one should be due a service today and the dealers have delayed my service on the new motor till it is due in November when it will of course be FOC), 12 months tax (mine was due today), my private plate and bluetooth have been transferred to my new motor and I am happy with it, I think that this was a good result!!!!!!!!!!!
