Tuning Box & spanner light

Just got a tuning box and fitted it to my 1.9cdti (120). It took a while to get it the right way round. However when the engine is started the spanner light is on. If I remove the box the light is off and then refit the box the light is back on. I also disconnected the battery and that didn't change anything. Also during the test drive the extra torque was not really noticeable, surely i should be able to feel the extra 50Nm of torque on the pull through the gears. And just to top it off my 2 year old son lost one to the engine cover rubber mounts. Any Ideas would be much appreciated.
Also I have a noise in 2nd gear at about 2000-2500 rpm when I lift the foot off the accelerator kind of sounds like a belt slipping but only in this gear and between those revs. The car has been with the dealer regarding this noise and they couldn't find it ?

I lost both rubber mounts, only just picked new ones up this evening at a cost of nearly 7 quid!!! They also come supplied with the brass ferules that sit on the bolts. If you require a part number just ask cos vauxhall had a 'mare trying to get the right ones.

are the rubber mounts that you refer to, at the front of the plastic engine cover and have a torx bolt thru them? if they are can you give me the part number for them as my local dealer could not identify them. thank you

yes they are the ones at the front. part number is 90412865 and they come as a pair.

I was refering to the bigger ones at the back
