it's easy really..just remove the caliper and pads as per the how-2..
then undo the caliper carriers 2 mounting bolts at the rear of the disc ( rotor) and remove the carrier.. then just undo and remove the 1 mounting screw on the face of the disc hub..the disc will now knock off.. either easily or brutally dependant on how long they have been fitted to the car..
Now the IMPORTANT BIT..
..spens at least 5 mins sandpapering the newly exposed hub flange to get rid of all traces of rust.. any rust left will make the disc sit wrongly and will lead to problems later..
.. after sanding, clean off the new discs with solvent cleaner ( carb cleaner etc) and then remount, secure with fixing screw..
Clean out the threads on the carrier mounting bolts and refit with some studlock/threadlock to secure them in place.. reassemble the calpier and new pads as per the how-2.. get in car and gentle press the brake pedal to bring the new pads up to the disc before driving the car off..then just try and brake gently for the first 50 miles to give the pads time to settle in..
