In the spirit of the forum here you go, got my spanner out and managed to trap my finger in the god dam butterfly! God it hurt!
One throttle body showing the butterfly on the middle (brass disk).

Now look into the TB and you can see a little pipe think sticking up into the airflow, now thats part of the valve your looking for. you can also see it from the underside of the TB and the track the plumbing takes.

Now all you have to do is PM Mark (GSI 3.2) or benny and get them to fully explain the thing (as they have far more knowledge than me.)

If you take a look at the link I gave you to the Z22SE.co.uk site in your last thread you will see that the guy has now taken out his EGR valve, blanked it off and fitted a little bit of electrical magic (made by Vocky) to fool the ECU that the valve is working fine. You may think this is bad but its what VX do to the Z22SE to sort any probs with it except they turn it off using tech 2.

EDIT, ps the guy with the duff valve,s car is now running sweet as a nut. This is a common cheep mod to the Z22SE as it allows better airflow.HTH

Forgot to put this in. The silver brum/barrel shaped thing in the middle of the pic.

This is the actual valve, and as I mentioned if you follow the path of the plumbing it will take you to the TB. So now you can see what you will need to remove to get rid of a dodgy valve. You could always just replace the valve but I would only replace with a new one and I dont know how much VX would charge you.
Have you had it plugged in yet to see if it is actually the EGR that is at fault?. You never know but you could be barking up the wrong tree.
