confused Problems with the NCDC 2013 4CD Multichanger

Has anyone experienced any problems with this? I put four discs in it the other day, and two of them wouldn't read, producing a "cd error" message. It wasn't the CD, as I took it out and put it in the single slot at the top of the unit and it plays fine. The ones that do play in the multichanger jump quite a bit too, is there any way of cleaning the mechanism (not sure if this is the problem)?

...sounds like a good plan . The car is on a 53 plate so I don't think I'll be able to claim under the warranty!

I know when I had mine it hated copied CD's (back ups of originals that stayed safely at home in case the car was broken into) ... I had a couple of brands that would work quite well but even then I had the occaisional jump ... yet as you say the single slot Sat Nav/CD Player at the top played the discs fine. If you are using copied CD's then that may be your problem.
