    Job Satisfaction or Salary?

I went for a job interview today in Manchester (Trafford Park) for a Field based Network Support Consultant. I used to be in the field in the past with my present employer and it can be a lonely place at times and it can get busy. My current position is office based (albeit on two different sites) but the money is a lot better in this new field position. If I get offered the job I'll be in a dilemma!

This got me thinking, what do you peeps value the most, Job Satisfation or Good ol' Cash in the bank every month?

Well, I get absolutely no satisfaction from my job, I do it to pay my mortgage and take care of the family!

(If I could find a job with similar money and job satisfaction....I'd be off in a shot)

The M62 car park does get me down I have to admit matey.

Field based still involves going from one customer to another. Apparently I'd be working in a 50 mile radius from the office in Trafford Park, so it could potentially involve a lot more travel. On the plus side it does come with a generous car allowance and a fuel card. Also my car doesn't have to be a diesel.
