Grrr!

Currently at work and seething. Got a radio call off a colleague who told me to get to the nick rapid. Some numpty was cutting a huge hedge in the carpark, but decided that my car was no obstacle. He just let all the branches fall onto my bonnet. The bonnet has now got two big chips in the paint. The average person wouldn't bother, but as I take a great deal of care over my car I was fuming. Bloke wasn't bothered in the slightest. Car was covered in branches and leaves, in the vents, in the radiator etc.

Had to demonstrate a lot of 'restrained anger' as I was in full uniform, but he got the message. Eventually old fellow, who's the boss, turned up and said "he was a bit silly"...no **** sherlock!!

Eventually agreed to pay for a chips away repair.

I feel better for getting that off my chest..back to work now.

Sorry to hear that mate, it is the case now that consideration is just not an option to ppl, hope the chips lad is a good one, but as you know deep down it'll probably never be the same again in your mind, still on the bright side, at least you know why i get so fired up at times now.

P.S. It's now been 5 days off the Cigs! Starting to calm down :-)
