    Vehicle : Vectra c

    Trim : Elite

    Engine : 1.9 CDTI 150

    Year : 06

    Mileage : 187000

    Default signum trim levels

this is probably a daft question, but what trim levels are there with the signum, ie, i have a veccy c sxi, what would be the equivelent to the sxi or the sri in the signum .i'm thinking about getting a signum but dont want a standard one with no extra toys than what mine already has

    thanks

The design is about the same as the Sri in terms of sports. But all the siggys are very well equipped. None of them are basic really.
Now I need a turbo to keep up!

A lower spec Signum, i.e. Elegance, will have a higher spec than an SRi or an SXi Vectra - dependant on specific year and whether it's pre-facelift or facelift.

For a definitive answer, have a look here and you can see the specs of any year you are looking at to compare. For pre-facelift you'll need to look under the 'Discontinued' section.

i`d deffo say that the signum design is above the sri veccy as it has
lots more extras,if i was you then i`d go for the facelift aswell.

Yep thats what I was meaning. The design is the "sporty" one in the range but is still better equipped than the sri/sxi.

thanks, i'm probably looking at the design, dont really want anything lower than that, i think i'll get a diesel this time too there's no point in me getting a 3.0ltr, but whast the best engine to go for (diesel) that when you want to just drive it's really efficent mpg wise, but when you want/need to put your foot down the powers there

Depends on your budget. If you need a diesel and can afford it then go for the 1.9 150 or the 3.0V6. Why discount the V6?

mines a 3.0V6 Design and has all the goodies of the Elite apart from the leather (ive got half leather)
heated seats (switch the heaters on you lazy git)
Electric memory seats (how often do you reposition the seats?)
Rear door sunblinds (tinted glass anyway so there not missed either)

ive still got all the cubby holes in the ceiling, the seats have about a trillion different positions to get comfy with, and the stereo is really impressive for a standard unit

the reason i'd probably go for the 1.9 150 over the 3.0 v6 is my age, and the fact the insurance company's would send the boys round
