Default Rear Caliper \ wheel bearing

Hi, just looking for some advice regarding wheel bearing noise from NSR. I put the car ( 1.9 SRi 150 ) in to get the NSR wheel bearing check under warranty as it seems noisy. The garage concerned wanted £60 to adjust the rear brakes before they could diagnose if the wheel bearing was noisy. I thought you couldn't adjust brake disc's ? I know there is some adjustment on the handbrake, but it seems fine. Any advice would be great, thanks in advance

What a load of blocks!!! All they need to do is raise the wheel off the deck and give it a good spin with their lug close to the hub, just like any MOT tester does. Another case of the garage trying to rake it in. You don't usually feel play in these bearings but you can certainly hear the roughness. HTH m8

^^^^^ just what he said.... the vectra's rear brakes are auto adjusting and need no intervention by the garage..you're being fed a line..
