    Default flat spot

I put a k&n cone filter on my 53 plate 1.8 ls about five months ago. over the last month i have devloped a falt spot at about 1500 - 2000 rpm, have heared that this could be the cause. Is it true because never had a prob with any other car i had.

it COULD have caused a problem with the air flow meter..but it's a COULD and it would cause that flatspot if it was an error..
