    Default Tyre Pressure

    Can anybody tell me the correct tyre pressures for my 2002 2.0dti sxi.

    Standard wheels 215/55/16

    Front (BAR)------ Front (PSI)-------Rear (BAR)------Rear (PSI)
    2.2 BAR-----------31 PSI -----------2.0 BAR---------29 PSI

    Some of the pressures on that Kwik Fit site are a bit wrong. It states 31psi and 29 psi for mine Y30DT engine. It should be 39psi front and rear.

    For your 2.0dti running 215/55/16 it should be 35psi front and rear with a load up to 3 peeps, fully loaded it should be 36/45psi for the front/rear.

    It doesn't surprise me that kwik fit have something wrong......

    Also the temp spare space saver should be 61 psi.
    Now I need a turbo to keep up!

    It got my 3.2GSi right at 40psi.

    I entered my previous car (a 2.5 SRi VeccyB) and it got it completely wrong though - even the tyre sizes were wrong on that one.

    Like with most things, probably best to RTFM!
